QUANTUM Project Dissemination Event: Building a High-Quality Health Data Ecosystem

A major dissemination event for the QUANTUM project, as part of the European Health Data Space framework for secondary use of health data, will be held on April 9-10, 2025, at Hotel The Building in Rome, Italy. The event, organized by UCSC, will gather a diverse groups of stakeholders to discuss the importance of quality health data.
This event will bring together researchers, innovators, policymakers, health data authorities, patients and professionals, to highlight the benefits of utilizing a quality label for health data from different perspectives.
Event Overview: The event will feature presentations and discussions on key topics.
Day 1 (April 9, 2025): The first day will include welcome remarks, an overview of the QUANTUM project and its achievements, and a panel discussion on the value of the data quality label. Experts from various organizations, including Charité, EOSC, FINDATA will participate in the panel discussion.
Day 2 (April 10, 2025): The second day will focus on the future of data quality within the European Health Data Space (EHDS) with a panel discussion featuring leaders from public institutions, private entities, research organizations and networks including EHDS2 CoP Steering Board and SG2, EFPIA GDI. An interactive session led by UCSC will take place, followed by a results round-table discussion with Work Package leaders. The event will conclude with closing remarks and a summary of key takeaways.
